A pickup brings rice, food and drinking water; preparation continues at the tables, while indoor rooms and the courtyard provide spaces for shared participation. Organizing materials and taking part in activities connect throughout the gathering.
Bringing supplies to the venue
Bottled water, bags of rice and food fill the pickup. At the venue, water, tins and packaged products are arranged together near the tables. Team members work around the vehicle and supplies, connecting transport with preparation at the activity space.
These are familiar products with recognizable packaging and everyday uses. Moving them from the vehicle and arranging them at the tables is part of the practical work of the activity. Supplies carried in transport become a collection assembled at the venue.
Completing preparation at the table
Inside, team members organize snacks and divide them into portions. Packaged food, drinks containers and other items are handled together, with participants working around the table. These practical tasks belong to the activity alongside the banner and group photograph.
