From setting up to handing over at Quê Hương in Vietnam

A banner, food supplies and red bags connect preparation with the work of organizing and distributing materials.

At TRUNG TÂM NHÂN ĐẠO QUÊ HƯƠNG, the activity begins with setting up the space and organizing supplies. A team member fixes a banner bearing the SPARK name, while food, bottled drinks and tableware are gathered and red supply bags are prepared. The work continues through different stages before reaching the handover.

Preparing the activity space

An adult team member fixes the activity banner near the roof supports. The SPARK name and Quê Hương appear together at the venue, with the stage, entrance and surrounding space becoming the setting for organizing and displaying the materials.

Fixing the banner, preparing tables and taking items from their packaging are practical tasks at the beginning of the activity. Participants work within the venue to make space for the supplies, connecting their arrival with the preparation and arrangement that follows.

Working together around the supplies

Food boxes, bottled drinks, tableware and snacks are gathered while participants organize red bags and packaged products. Some arrange items and others handle packaging, with preparation taking place around the tables and on the floor nearby.

The red bags move through different stages: organized alongside food, displayed together and then passed between participants. Packing involves grouping and arranging the items, giving the support its practical form through a series of tasks completed at the venue.

Bringing preparation into the handover

Food and prepared bags are arranged in front of the stage, with the activity banner and venue behind them. After the work of setting up and packing, the items reach the handover stage. A red bag passes between participants, connecting the earlier preparation with this action.

Handing over an item is one step in a wider process that also includes arranging the space, organizing products and packing. The participants' actions connect these stages as boxed supplies become prepared bags, with the activity built from many smaller tasks.

Setting up, organizing and handing over form the sequence of this Quê Hương activity. The banner, food, tableware and red bags accompany the work, while participants bring its stages together through practical involvement at the venue.
